Brendan Patrick McDonnell, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Brendan focuses on issues of stockholder Section 220 demands, corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and other corporate and commercial disputes.
