Catherine Lynch, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked in highly publicized, high-stakes patent litigation, representing sophisticated clients. She also clerked for the Honorable President Judge Jan. R. Jurden from 2023-2024. Catherine has experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware District Court, and Delaware Superior Court.
