Catherine Lynch, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked in highly publicized, high-stakes patent litigation, representing sophisticated clients. She also clerked for the Honorable President Judge Jan. R. Jurden from 2023-2024. Catherine has experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware District Court, and Delaware Superior Court.
Catherine is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, United States Court for the District of Delaware, and the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
