Dominick Gattuso, a partner at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses his practice on intellectual property, corporate and complex commercial litigation. Dominick’s clients include large publicly-traded and privately-held companies as well as smaller, emerging-growth entities. Dominick also serves as Delaware counsel to the nation’s leading law firms in disputes in state and federal court. He has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in patent, trade secret and trademark cases across a broad spectrum of subject matters, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications technology and computer hardware and software technology, among others. Dominick clerked for the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely (President Judge) and the Honorable N. Maxson Terry (Resident Judge) in the Superior Court of Delaware in 1997-98.
