Luke P. Edwards, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, practices in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. His focuses include contractual fraud, contingent payment and escrow disputes, fiduciary obligations, as well as other topics at the intersection of contract and tort law. Prior to joining the firm, Luke served as a designated law clerk for the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and assisted each judge on that panel with their CCLD matters. Before that, Luke served as law clerk to the Honorable Ronald Susswein in New Jersey’s intermediate appellate court.
Luke is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware and the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.
