Elizabeth A. DeFelice, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She has litigated stockholder class actions and derivative suits involving mergers and acquisitions, appraisals, and other actions involving issues of corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and the resolution of limited partnership and limited liability company disputes. In addition, Elizabeth has advised clients on the formation, operation, and use of Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies in connection with certain types of business transactions.
